Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Tavro Advance LLC (“Tavro Advance,” “Tavro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your access to and use of our website at tavroadvance.app, our mobile application, and every related feature, tool, and communication channel we operate (together, the “Services”).

Read Section 1 first. We put the cost information at the top on purpose — the same reason the app shows you the total next to the payment instead of four screens later.

By opening an account, tapping through the app, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If any part of this agreement does not work for you, the right move is to stop using the Services.

1) COST INFORMATION — READ THIS FIRST
A) Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

The APR expresses what borrowing costs you over a full year, stated as a percentage. It folds together interest and certain qualifying charges into a single figure so that two offers can be compared honestly against each other.

For products surfaced through the Services, the APR may run as high as 35%, depending on your qualifications and on the terms the provider is willing to extend to you. The provider — not Tavro Advance — sets the final number. That provider will disclose your specific APR, along with any charges tied to it, before you move forward with an application or accept anything.

B) Repayment Terms

How long you have to repay depends on three things: the provider you end up with, the type of product you select, and the law of the state you live in.

As a general matter, repayment periods fall in a range of 3 to 24 months, subject to the option you choose and what your state permits. Your payment schedule, your exact due dates, and the total amount you will owe come from the provider, and they are disclosed to you before you complete an application or accept an offer. Nothing in the Services locks you into a schedule; the provider’s own documents do that, and only after you sign them.

C) Other Charges

Beyond interest and APR, a provider may apply charges of its own — for example, late charges, returned-payment charges, or other fees allowed under state law. Any such charge belongs to the provider, is disclosed in the provider’s agreement, and is not something Tavro Advance collects, sets, or shares in.

Tavro Advance does not charge you a fee to use the Services. Checking what you may qualify for through our tools costs you nothing.

D) Availability, Eligibility, and Variation by State

Amounts, rates, term lengths, permitted fees, and product availability all vary by state and by provider, and they can change at any time without notice to us. Meeting general eligibility criteria does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that you will receive the amount you asked for, or that the terms you previewed will be the terms you are offered. Not all applicants qualify.

E) These Figures Are Ranges, Not Promises

Any rate, term, payment, or total shown anywhere in the Services before you have a formal offer in hand is an illustration built from the information you gave us. It is there to help you think, not to commit anyone to anything. The binding numbers are the ones in the provider’s disclosures and agreement.

2) WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

Tavro Advance operates an informational and matching platform. We help people in the United States understand cash advance and related consumer finance options, compare what those options cost in total, and — if they choose to — connect with third-party providers that may be able to serve them.

The core of what we offer is clarity:

You tell us an amount and a rough sense of your credit profile.
We show you realistic paths, each one presented with the same fields in the same order.
You decide whether any of them is worth pursuing.
If one is, you proceed to the provider on your own initiative.

We are deliberately built so that nothing is submitted, nothing is signed, and nothing is reported until you explicitly say so.

3) WHAT WE ARE NOT

This section matters more than its length suggests.

We are not a lender. Tavro Advance LLC does not originate loans, does not issue cash advances, does not issue credit cards, and does not extend credit of any kind.

We do not make credit decisions. We do not approve, decline, underwrite, price, or fund anything. Those decisions belong entirely to the third-party provider you choose to engage with.

We are not a bank. We do not hold deposits, maintain accounts on your behalf, or move your money.

We do not give advice. Everything published in the Services — explanations, glossaries, comparisons, examples, guidance about repayment — is general information. It is not financial, legal, tax, credit-counseling, or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Before you commit to any financial product, review the provider’s official terms and disclosures, and consider speaking with a qualified professional if the decision is a significant one for you.

We are not a credit repair organization and we do not promise any particular effect on your credit profile.

4) ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SERVICES

To use the Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state if that age is higher;
Be legally able to enter into a binding contract;
Be a resident of the United States and accessing the Services from within the United States;
Provide information that is accurate and belongs to you.

The Services are not directed to users outside the United States, and we make no claim that the Services are appropriate or available for use elsewhere.

Using the Services is not the same thing as qualifying for a financial product. Providers apply their own eligibility criteria, which typically include factors such as verifiable income, an active checking account, identity verification, and state of residence.

5) HOW THE SERVICES WORK, STEP BY STEP

Step one — you set the number. You choose an amount and select a credit range that sounds about right. The range you select is your own estimate. It is not a credit check, it is not verified at this stage, and it is not reported anywhere.

Step two — you see the options. We display illustrative paths based on your inputs, each with an APR, a term, a payment, and a total. You can look at these as long as you like, close the app, and come back later. Nothing is submitted.

Step three — you decide. If you choose to move forward, you are leaving our informational layer and entering a third-party provider’s process. From that point forward, the provider’s terms, privacy practices, disclosures, and decisions govern.

Step four — the provider discloses and decides. The provider verifies your information, determines whether it can make you an offer, and presents the binding APR, schedule, fees, and total. You sign with the provider, not with us.

6) CREDIT INQUIRIES

Previewing options through the Services is designed to rely on soft inquiries where a credit check is involved at all. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score.

A hard inquiry — which may affect your score — occurs only if and when you choose to move forward with a specific provider and that provider requests it, with notice to you at that point. You control whether that moment ever happens.

Credit reporting related to any product you ultimately accept is handled by the provider under its own policies, not by Tavro Advance.

7) YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree that everything you submit through the Services is truthful, accurate, current, and yours to submit. Inaccurate information produces inaccurate results, and it may cause a provider to decline you outright.

If the Services allow you to create an account or set access credentials, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under them. Tell us promptly at support@tavroadvance.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may refuse, suspend, or remove any account or submission that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, duplicative, automated, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

8) THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS, OFFERS, AND LINKS

The Services display, describe, link to, and may integrate with websites, applications, offers, and services operated by third parties (“Third-Party Services”).

Third-Party Services are independent of us. We do not control them and we do not vouch for them. Your relationship with any Third-Party Service is governed by that party’s own terms of service and privacy policy, which you should read.

We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim liability relating to, any Third-Party Service, including its:

content, accuracy, availability, or uptime;
rates, APRs, fees, and charges;
eligibility rules, verification steps, and underwriting;
approval, denial, funding, or funding speed;
servicing, collections, and credit reporting practices;
customer support and complaint handling;
privacy, security, and data handling practices.

Terms, rates, and availability offered by Third-Party Services change frequently and without notice to us. Always confirm the current terms directly with the provider before you rely on anything.

We may receive compensation from providers when users engage with their offers. Compensation can influence which products appear in the Services and how they are displayed. It does not change the information we show you about any given offer, and it is never a substitute for the provider’s own disclosures.

9) LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICES

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes.

This license is not a transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you download our mobile application, your use is also subject to the rules of the app store you obtained it from. App store operators are not parties to these Terms, are not responsible for the application, and have no obligation to provide support for it.

We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Some updates may install automatically depending on your device settings.

10) ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
Submit information that is false, or that belongs to another person without authorization;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Services or the infrastructure behind them;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data;
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written permission;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or extract content from the Services without our written permission;
Copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services;
Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or anything designed to damage or intercept data;
Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice, disclosure, or disclaimer displayed in the Services.
11) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and everything in them — software, source code, interfaces, layouts, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, brand names, and the selection and arrangement of all of it — are owned by Tavro Advance LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other laws.

“Tavro Advance,” our logos, and our product names are our marks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

12) YOUR SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that we may use it freely, for any purpose, without restriction, attribution, confidentiality obligation, or compensation to you. That is not us claiming your ideas are worthless — it is us making sure nobody has to run a legal review before acting on a good suggestion.

13) ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT

By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — by email, in-app message, push notification, or through the Services themselves — and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply. You can stop marketing texts by replying STOP, and you can control push notifications through your device settings.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages, including support replies, security alerts, and notices about changes to these Terms or our policies.

14) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVRO ADVANCE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT CONTENT, RATES, OR TERMS DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT; OR THAT ANY OFFER, APPROVAL, AMOUNT, RATE, OR FUNDING OUTCOME WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.

15) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVRO ADVANCE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, YOUR INABILITY TO USE THEM, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

16) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tavro Advance LLC and its affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) information you submitted that was inaccurate or that you had no right to submit; (d) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights; or (e) your dealings with any Third-Party Service.

17) SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Services in whole or in part.

You may stop using the Services whenever you like. Uninstalling the application ends your use of it, but it does not end any obligation you have to a third-party provider — those obligations are between you and that provider.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 8, 11, 12, and 14 through 21.

18) CHANGES TO THE SERVICES AND TO THESE TERMS

We may change, add to, or remove features of the Services at any time. We may also revise these Terms. When we do, we update the Effective Date at the top, and where the change is material we will make a reasonable effort to flag it in the Services.

Continuing to use the Services after a revised version takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the Services.

19) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law of the United States and, to the extent not preempted, by the laws of the state in which Tavro Advance LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Each party waives any objection to venue in that forum on grounds of inconvenience.

Before filing anything, we ask that you contact us at support@tavroadvance.app and give us a fair chance to resolve the issue directly. Most problems turn out to be smaller than they first appear.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have to bring a complaint to a government agency or regulator.

20) GENERAL PROVISIONS

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and us, except for the indemnified parties named in Section 16.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, network failures, natural events, or acts of government.

Headings. Headings are for readability only and carry no legal weight.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any notice or policy referenced in them, are the complete agreement between you and Tavro Advance LLC regarding the Services, and they replace any earlier understanding on the same subject.
