Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Tavro Advance LLC (“Tavro Advance,” “Tavro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does with information when you use our website at tavroadvance.app, our mobile application, and related features (together, the “Services”).
We wrote it the way we build the app: the things that matter most are at the top, in plain language, instead of buried on page four.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
THE SHORT VERSION
We don’t sell your personal information. Not for money, not as a workaround.
We never ask for your online banking password. If any screen claiming to be Tavro asks for one, it isn’t us.
We collect what the product needs to work — what you tell us, how the app is used, and information from a small set of partners.
Nothing is sent to a provider until you choose to move forward. Looking around is not an application.
You have rights over your data, and there is one address to exercise them: support@tavroadvance.app.
The rest of this document is the detail behind those five lines.
1) SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This policy applies to information we handle through the Services.
It does not apply to information handled by third parties — the providers, lenders, marketplaces, or other companies you may choose to engage with after leaving our informational layer. Once you enter a provider’s application flow, that company’s own privacy notice governs what it collects and what it does with it. Read it. It is a different document with different rules.
It also does not apply to sites and apps we link to but do not operate.
2) WHO WE ARE
Company: Tavro Advance LLC Email: support@tavroadvance.app Website: tavroadvance.app
Tavro Advance LLC is the entity responsible for the information practices described in this policy.
3) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information from three directions: what you give us, what our systems observe, and what partners send back to us.
A) Information you give us
Depending on how far into the Services you go, this may include:
Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
Basic profile details — ZIP code, state, preferences, and similar non-sensitive identifiers.
Eligibility-related details you enter to see options — for example, a requested amount, a self-selected credit range, income range, employment status, or housing status.
Account credentials, if the Services offer account creation.
Communications — support messages, survey answers, feedback, bug reports, and anything you attach to them.
What we do not ask for: Tavro Advance does not request your online banking password. We do not need it, and we will not ask for it. If you later choose to connect a bank account within a third-party provider’s flow, that connection and any credentials involved are handled by that provider and its vendors under their own practices.
B) Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, our systems and our analytics tools may record:
Device and technical data — device model, operating system and version, app version, browser type, screen characteristics, language settings, and time zone.
Identifiers — device identifiers, app instance identifiers, and mobile advertising identifiers where your device settings allow them.
Approximate location — generally city or state level, inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location through the Services.
Usage and log data — pages and screens viewed, features used, taps and interaction events, session length, referring and exit pages, dates and times of access, and error or crash reports.
Cookie and similar technology data on the website, including performance and analytics signals.
C) Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from:
Analytics and measurement providers, which help us understand how the Services perform and where they break.
Advertising and attribution partners, which tell us whether a campaign led to an install or a visit — usually in aggregate or through an identifier rather than by name.
Providers and partners you chose to engage with, which may confirm whether a referral was completed, so that we can measure and reconcile.
Fraud prevention and security vendors, which flag patterns associated with abuse.
4) HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information for the following purposes:
To run the product — operate, maintain, and deliver the Services, including the comparison and matching features, and to display realistic options based on what you entered.
To route your request when you ask us to — pass along what is necessary to connect you with a provider you selected.
To improve what we show you — personalize content, test interface changes, evaluate which explanations actually help people, and develop new features.
To support you — answer questions, investigate problems, and follow up on complaints.
To keep the Services safe — detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, automated access, and security incidents; debug errors; and protect our users and our systems.
To measure — analytics, campaign attribution, aggregate reporting, and research.
To communicate — send administrative notices such as policy updates, service announcements, and security alerts, and — where permitted by law and subject to your choices — marketing messages.
To comply and enforce — meet legal and regulatory obligations, respond to lawful requests, maintain records, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Use and other policies.
5) HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only in the situations below.
A) With service providers working for us
Vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver email and notifications, provide analytics, power customer support, monitor performance, and protect against fraud. They are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us, under contract, and not for their own independent purposes.
B) With providers and partners — at your direction
If you choose to move forward with a third-party provider, we share what is needed to route or measure that request. Depending on the flow, this may be an identifier, basic details of your request, and attribution parameters.
This happens because you chose it. Browsing options does not trigger it. Once the information reaches the provider, that provider’s privacy policy — not ours — determines what happens next.
C) For legal, regulatory, and safety reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tavro Advance, our users, or the public, including fraud prevention.
D) In a business transaction
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the receiving party to honor commitments made in this policy or provide notice of any material change.
E) Aggregated or de-identified information
We may create and share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify it, and we require recipients not to.
6) WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tavro Advance does not sell personal information for money.
We do share limited identifiers and usage data with analytics and advertising partners to measure how the Services perform and whether our campaigns work. Under some state privacy laws, including California’s, that activity may be classified as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or as a “sale” even where no money changes hands. Section 11 explains how to opt out.
7) COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
On the website, we and our vendors use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:
Keep the site working and remember your preferences;
Understand traffic patterns, page performance, and errors;
Measure the effectiveness of marketing, where applicable.
Your controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable them, parts of the site may not behave as intended. In the mobile application, you can limit ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier through your device’s privacy settings.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable state law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) sent by your browser.
Do Not Track. Browser “Do Not Track” headers are not implemented consistently across the industry and there is no agreed standard for responding to them. We do not respond to DNT signals, but we do honor GPC as described above.
8) ANALYTICS AND MEASUREMENT
We rely on third-party analytics tools to understand usage and stability. These tools set their own identifiers and collect usage data under their own privacy policies. We configure them to collect what we need to operate and improve the Services, and no more than that.
9) MARKETING CHOICES
Email. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Use it and we stop.
Text messages. If you opted into SMS, reply STOP, or follow the instructions in the message.
Push notifications. Control these in your device settings, or in the app where that control is offered.
Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional and administrative messages — support responses, security alerts, policy updates, and similar notices that are part of providing the Services.
10) DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy. In practice, retention depends on:
How long you use the Services and whether you have an active account;
Legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to us;
Whether the information is needed to resolve a dispute, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements;
Whether the information has been aggregated or de-identified, in which case it may be kept longer.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it using reasonable measures.
11) YOUR U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:
Know and access the personal information we hold about you, including the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
Opt out of targeted advertising, of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of certain profiling, where those activities apply;
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights;
Appeal a decision we make on your request, where state law provides for an appeal.
How to submit a request
Email support@tavroadvance.app with a short description of what you want. Putting the request type in the subject line — for example, “Privacy Request — Deletion” or “California Opt-Out Request” — gets it routed faster.
We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may ask for information sufficient to confirm that the request is yours. If we cannot verify you, we may be unable to proceed. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where state law permits, with proof of authorization.
We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will tell you if we need an extension.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights listed above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined under California law. As stated in Section 6, we do not sell personal information for money, and our analytics and advertising measurement activity may qualify as “sharing.” Send an email with “California Opt-Out Request” in the subject line to opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Other state privacy laws
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect — may exercise the applicable rights described above using the same email address.
Nevada residents
Nevada law allows residents to direct certain businesses not to sell covered information. We do not engage in such sales, but Nevada residents may submit a request to the address above.
12) SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. These include encryption in transit, access controls limited to personnel who need the data, monitoring, and vendor security review.
No system is perfectly secure, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed. We cannot promise absolute security, and you share information with us understanding that risk. If you believe your account or your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@tavroadvance.app.
13) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are built for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where applicable law sets that threshold.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14) THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services contain links to and integrations with third-party websites and applications. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Once you follow a link out, this policy stops applying and theirs begins.
15) WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
The Services are intended for users located in the United States. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and in other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be handled in the United States, where data protection rules may differ from those in your location.
16) CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services change or as the law does. When we do, we revise the Effective Date at the top, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the Services or by email.
Continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
